Working with Splash Interactive I developed a dynamic site for Faces Spa using Flash MX and XML. Splash Interactive came up with an interesting design concept and I brought the accordian style design to life using only actionscript and XML to build the interface elements (menus, content, and background images).

This small site only uses a couple templates. A couple content templates, one with an image, and another with a custom scrolling component I created. The only other template is a completely dynamic image gallery. Two state thumbnails reveal a larger image when rolled over. A loading animation only appears the initial time the thumbnail is rolled over, the image will then be cached and the loading animation is not needed. Definitely not rocket science but not as simple as some may think in a completely dynamic environment.
